21 Truths To Transformation
If you are here because you want to change your body and your health overall, you must understand that you first need to change your thoughts, perceptions, emotions, and beliefs about yourself. That’s one of the reasons I wrote my new book:

This little guidebook is designed to create a positive impact in every area of your life through simple, universal “truths”. I am a believer that small, incremental changes have a better chance or becoming habitual. That’s why I kept the book short and sweet (like me), with concise explanations of the “what, why, and very importantly the actionable how”.
Written with the understanding that most of us have very short attention spans these days and it’s no wonder why. We are constantly bombarded with information overload just by picking up our phones. Viewing over-extended calendars, texts, emails, and social media scrolling typically puts us in fight or flight mode first thing in the morning, sending our nervous systems into over-drive. That’s bad enough, now add in the chaotic environment we experience if we have also decided to see what’s going on in the news, without grounding or centering ourselves first. Surely, with that pattern, we have set ourselves up for a very challenging day! We do these things unconsciously without thinking about how we’ve become slaves to all of the external demands and worries fighting for our attention.
So, I am imploring you to take a little break, make a small investment of time into your inner world by reading one short chapter at a time. You can then ponder the message, and use the integrative exercises to assimilate the “truth” into your way of being as you observe how your circumstances begin to change for the better. My intention is that you find more joy and purpose and learn to love yourself a little more. The biggest revelation you may find is that your real power lies within.
